  • Q1:计算机开机后直接进入BIOS,无法进入操作系统桌面怎么办?

1、(适用于M.2-SATA或2.5寸 SATA 协议硬盘查询)进入BIOS后依次选择Advanced>IDE Configuration>查询Cezanne AHCI0>Port1:中有没有识别到硬盘名称及容量,该端口对应M.2 SATA硬盘;查询Cezanne AHCI1>Port0:中有没有识别到硬盘名称及容量,该端口对应2.5寸 SATA硬盘。

  • 2、如未识别到硬盘名称及容量,怀疑是硬盘与主板、数据电缆接触不良或硬盘本身损坏导致,尝试断电状态下拆机检查硬盘是否正确安装,SATA 数据电缆两端 是否松动,检查无异常后,通电再次进入BIOS中查询是否正常识别。未依旧未识别 怀疑是硬盘本身故障,可尝试更换硬盘后再次进入BIOS中查询。
  • 3、(适用于M.2 NVME硬盘查询)进入BIOS后依次选择Advanced>NVME Configuration中,查询有没有识别到硬盘名称及容量。
  • 4、如未识别到NVME SSD,可尝试断电状态下拆机,将NVME SSD更换到NVME1插槽,更换完成后,连接电源适配器>按SW按钮开机并快速敲击键盘Del键进入BIOS中查询。
  • 5、如能在BIOS正常识别 硬盘,开机后直接进入BIOS无法进入系统桌面,怀疑是硬盘中未安装操作系统或操作系统损坏导致,请尝试重装系统解决。
