intel 12代CPU（如M1-i5-1240P\i7-1280P\i7-1265U），intel 官方规格表中显卡型号为“Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics eligible”，但有客户反馈收到计算机时，在操作系统中显卡型号显示的是“intel(R) UHD Graphics”

  • 现象分析：
  • 计算机 中未搭载双通道内存条时，显卡型号会显示“intel(R) UHD Graphics”，这是正常现象并不影响使用。如您 需要用到intel(R) Lris(R) Xe Graphics显卡时，可按以下方法解决。
  • 解决方案：
  • 准备1根相同品牌、容量内存条
  • 断电状态下拆机，将内存条安装到主板SODIMM插槽中
  • 正常情况下开机进入操作系统，在“Device Manager”中展开“Display adapters”显卡型号会变为“intel(R) Lris(R) Xe Graphics”，如下图所示：
