J1900 series model, stuck on Windows welcome page, unable to access system desktop solution

J1900 系列机型，卡在Windows欢迎页面，无法进入系统桌面解决方案。

  • 适用机型：J1900系列CPU机型
  • 故障现象：开机后无法进入Windows 10桌面，一直卡在欢迎页面。下图1-1为故障现象截图:
  • 解决方案一：进入BIOS中设置OS版本
    • 1-1、断开电源适配器强制关机，再连接电源适配器按开关按钮后快速敲击键盘Del键，进入BIOS Setup。
      • 1-2、进入BIOS后依次选择Advanced>Miscellaneous Configuration>在OS Selection选择所安装的系统版本，如安装的是Windows10就选择Win10。设置完成后按键盘F10保存并退出，检查故障现象是否成功解决，如未解决进入方案二。
