K4-4th/8th gen 前置USB3.0端口 不识别USB外设 产品排查步骤

  • 故障现象描述：
  • USB外设 产品（如U盘、移动硬盘、USB打印设备）连接在USB前置3.0端口时，计算机不识别USB外设 产品，连接在USB2.0及后置USB3.0时能正常识别。
  • 故障原因分析，可能原因：
  • 连接问题：前置端口与主板的连接线可能松动、损坏或连接不正确。
    • 例如，连接线在安装或运输过程中受到拉扯导致接口松动。
  • 供电不足：前置端口的供电可能无法满足某些高功率 USB 外设的需求。
    • 比如连接了需要较大电流驱动的移动硬盘。
  • 端口损坏：前置 USB 端口本身可能存在物理损坏。
    • 有可能是在使用过程中受到外力撞击或插拔不当造成的。
  • BIOS 设置问题：BIOS 中对前置 USB 端口的设置可能不正确。
    • 例如，前置端口被禁用。
  • 排查步骤（请按步骤逐一排查）：
  • 1.检查连接线：断电状态下使用螺丝刀（PH2），拆掉机箱底部 4颗螺丝打开电脑机箱，检查前置 USB 3.0端口与主板的连接线是否牢固连接，有无破损。可尝试重新拔插前置USB3.0连接线后再次开机测试；
  • 2.测试供电：将低功率的 USB 设备（如 U 盘）连接到前置USB3.0端口，看是否能识别。如果能识别，可能是供电不足导致高功率设备无法使用。
  • 3.检查端口外观：观察前置 USB 3.0端口内部有无变形、异物或针脚弯曲等物理损坏迹象。
  • 4.进入 BIOS 检查设置：按SW按钮开机，显示开机LOGO时，快速敲击键盘Del进入 BIOS，按F9键恢复BIOS默认值 ，按F10键保存并退出，然后进入到系统中测试；
  • 5.重装 USB 驱动：在设备管理器中卸载 USB 控制器的驱动程序，然后重新扫描硬件改动，让系统重新安装驱动。
